DIET faculties during classroom observation strived to provide need based academic support to improve classroom practices in elementary grades which enable teachers guiding students to accomplish the grade specific learning outcomes. Based on the findings of classroom observation, report was prepared at DIET level. All the indicators were analysed and effective instructional strategies were implemented.
