In order to improve the teaching- learning environment of the Prayogshala school, DIET Faculties frequently monitor the classroom transaction to observe shift in teaching learning practices and student learning outcomes. During the monitoring, DIET Faculties collect evidence of learning through workbook, worksheet, teacher practice, pictures and notes. Faculties interact with few students, assess their learning by spot assessment. The faculties facilitate a constructive interaction with the teacher regarding the different aspects of the classroom practices, strength and areas of improvement. The faculties discuss the data- based findings with the teacher and orient the CRCCs regarding the different indicators to be observed during the school visit.
